Commitments:

Dansk Ornitologisk Forening / BirdLife Denmark involves members in volunteer monitoring of bird populations in order to provide biodiversity data for the official European and national Danish biodiversity indicators. Another aim is to involve members in active volunteer monitoring and advocacy for improving the protection of NATURA 2000 sites. The organisation is also conducting combined biodiversity and poverty rediction programmes in third wolrd countries in order to save biodiversity and to enhance local people\'s livelyhood.
